Papier { Pieces }

These next few weeks will be pretty busy for me. I am in the middle of moving, so there is more to do than I care to, but it has to be done. I will do my best to post something every day, even if it is small, but if not, check back anyway as I hope you won't get bored looking at the same things while I move.

Why use rapidshare you ask? Well, some have commented on it's annoying captcha requirement, which I am sure has since been removed. While 4shared is a great service, that I utilize as well for smaller downloads, it was not in the too recent past infected with drive by virus ads, which was no fault of it's own, it also has a size cap for files that is much smaller than rapidshare, and a total storage limit that is smaller as well. I have wondered if this is why some designers offer their freebies for one day, or five, or even a week, then it is pulled as an available freebie. I am unsure, I just wonder. All I do know at this point, is that with rapidshare, I can have as much storage as I need with my premium account, and my files stay there. Also, I can collect some points for downloads, which helps to offset the cost of the premium service, which allows me to continue to offer everything on my blog for as long as I can. Donations made would also help in this. For more about donations, please read the other FAQ's. Rapidshare does allow a free user to download more than one item per day, though it does require a waiting period between downloads, according to file size, another reason I offer 72DPI freebies on larger items now. This may change in the future, and I may need to store all my stuff elsewhere, but for now, it is working alright and I hope not too burdensome to all. Thanks.

Just squeaking in a very nice paper pack today. Rich, deep dark matted textures give this set a velvety feel. It makes me think of warm cozy family time, so how great it will be as part of a layout. A little something extra for the weekend. I have a grab bag of this-n-that for you. Includes a quickpage in a very cool black and silver theme, as well as heart shakers and fur trimmed papers. These are 1000px X 1000px pages. The fur trim is great fun and adds a softness to your layout that you can almost feel. Great for girls, and of course babies. Another grab bag of 1000px X 1000px papers I have lying around the storage drive, like a dusty box of old letters in the attic I guess. I figured I might as well share them! This is a very nice 10 piece paper pack with very muted tones and some terrific black and white designs as well. There is even a sheet here that I created using a poem I had written some time ago about autumn, my favorite time of year.
